Common questions.
How often is sprinkler inspection required?
NFPA 25 sets quarterly visuals, annual full inspections, and a deeper 5-year internal inspection. Backflow preventers are typically tested annually under separate AHJ rules.
Do you test fire pumps?
Yes. NFPA 25 requires weekly or monthly churn (no-flow) tests and an annual full-flow test. We handle the pump, controller, jockey pump, and the documentation your AHJ wants on file.
Which sprinkler system types do you service?
Wet, dry, deluge, and pre-action. Plus antifreeze loops, fire pumps, standpipes, and the backflow assemblies that feed them.
Do you do sprinkler repair after-hours?
Yes — 24/7. A leak in a sprinkler line can flood a building fast. Call dispatch immediately.
