What does authorized CaptiveAire service mean?
CaptiveAire authorizes service providers who are trained on their systems and equipped for warranty and post-install service. Not every fire protection company is authorized — Skyline is.
Can you service systems we did not install?
Yes. We service any CaptiveAire system regardless of who installed it.
