FAQs

Common questions.

How often must a fire alarm be tested?

NFPA 72 requires annual testing of every device. Some components (batteries, comms) are tested more often.

Can you take over our existing system?

Yes. We can transition monitoring without service interruption and inspect/service most major panel manufacturers.

What if our panel is in trouble?

We respond 24/7. Most trouble signals are battery, communicator, or ground-fault — all things we stock for same-visit repair.
